Unused, unworn, and unwashed Troy Boy Trunks products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Holiday Return Policy 

Any unused, unworn, and unwashed Troy Boy products purchased between 11/19/2025-1/7/2026 are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

How do I return my order? 

Domestic customers can start a return or exchange at any time by visiting our Contact page – here. 

Enter your contact and the reason for requesting a return. Once your request has been seen you, you will receive a return shipping label via the email provided, and you may drop your package at any USPS location.  

Please only send your return(s) with the label we provide.
