Unused, unworn, and unwashed Troy Boy Trunks products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Final sale / clearance products cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any charges for return shipping will be paid for by customer

Any unused, unworn, and unwashed Troy Boy products purchased between 11/19/2025-1/7/2026 are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

How do I return / exchange my order? 

Customers can start a return or exchange at any time by visiting our Contact portal – here.  Include the order number, reason for exchange / return, and if exchange, tell us the product you would like to exchange for of equal or lesser price.

Enter your order number, contact info, and the reason for requesting a return. Once your request has been seen you, you will receive a return shipping label, and you may drop your package at the selected shipping location.  

Please only send your return(s) with after going through proper channels.
