Unused, unworn, and unwashed Troy Boy products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Final sale products cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any unused, unworn, and unwashed Troy Boy products purchased between 11/19/2025-1/7/2026 are eligible for store credit or exchange only.

How do I return my order?
Domestic customers can start a return or exchange at any time by visiting our Contact page – here.
Enter your contact and the reason for requesting a return. Once your request has been seen you, you will receive a return shipping label via the email provided, and you may drop your package at any USPS location.
Please only send your return(s) with the label we provide.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
